2. Provide additional documentation

Due diligence documents required for private clients:

  • A copy of valid ID card (such as passport) containing date and place of birth as well as signature (if place of birth is not stated, a copy of birth certificate/official document showing the tax registration number can be accepted in addition)
  • Proof of residency stating the registered address on the Client Application Form (ANY one):
    • Valid ID card (such as national ID card or drivers license)
    • A bank statement or utility bill issued in the last six months

Due diligence documents required for corporate clients:

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association (signed by the subscribers)
  • The full line of appointments/resignations of directors or a notarised registry of directors
  • The current signatories ID cards

3. Send documents to ZFB Services Ltd.

For fast processing, send the completed application forms together with the above-mentioned document to ZFB Services Ltd. by either:

  • FAX
  • Attached to an email

Please be aware that you MUST still submit the original signed application form within 14 days via standard mail.
